MODULAR HOME OPTIONS
The steel profile used for the frame and the robust and reliable cladding provide the product's mechanical strength, resistance to static and dynamic loads and the possibility of stacking the modules one on top of the other. Therefore, when designing, you can choose not only one-story, but also two or even three-story variants of modular buildings made of shipping containers.
1 CONTAINER HOUSE:
A single container house can house everything you need for living. A single container house with an average floor area of 15 m2 will comfortably house everything you need for living.
It is not very spacious, but if you want a compact and economical house, it is the most suitable option.
The standard medium-sized container houses a full bathroom, a kitchen area and a bedroom.
It is not as spacious, but it is ideal for creating a compact living space. Single units are also often used as hotels or dormitories, both of which are inexpensive and comfortable.
2 CONTAINER HOUSE:
By combining the two modules, a more spacious room can be created, quite similar in size to a small flat. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, a decent-sized kitchen-living room can be created.
There is also the possibility of placing two parallel containers at a distance of 3 to 5 metres. The free space between them is filled with a frame, and the result is a rather spacious little house.
3 CONTAINER HOUSE:
Three containers can be enough to build a standard-sized cottage. If a living room is placed in the centre, the result is a cottage with a comfortable layout and an expressive exterior.
A HOUSE CONSISTING OF FOUR BLOCKS:
A four-block country house can already be considered a solid, comfortable dwelling. It can have one or two floors. The units can be combined in various ways. Most often they are lined up in a single row, resulting in a square building.
In terms of living space, it can become a home of great comfort on all fronts: there is sure to be room to expand. If you want your home to be different, the units can be combined in the most unusual ways.
