Monolithic:
The monolithic type refers to units in which the metal structure is firmly joined by factory welding.
The main disadvantage of unassembled modules is the difficulty of transporting them. But this disadvantage is compensated by a number of advantages, such as high durability, mechanical strength, resistance and speed of installation.
Prefabricated:

In the convertible models, the entire frame structure consists of prefabricated elements that are bolted together. These containers are designed for a large number of assembly and disassembly operations and are therefore very practical for transport. In the folding frame, the wall panels and the roof are selected and assembled by the builder himself.
All-metal structures do not differ in principle from demountable structures. In addition, the insulation, formwork and finishing of all modular houses are carried out in the same way.
